I've received my Alpha spirit 12kg bag of food. It was completely torn at the back with attempt to tape it closed - i.e. this is a compromised pack of food and it was expected that I still feed it to my dog? I've sent an email over a week ago and still no response. I also sent a follow up email in case the first was missed. I attach photos for your info. Any chance of getting a response and suggested steps going forward?

For someone who sees nutrition as an important part to play in a dog behaviour. I only recommend this food to my clients as it's very close to feeding your dog raw food but without the expense & time constraints.
Food quality is great. Roxie loves it and it's good on her digestive system too. However after renaming to 'gold' it's a bit more expensive for a bag that is 2 kg less. That's a bit disappointing, hence only 4 stars. Otherwise really happy with it.
I places an online order and received a phone call apologising for a delay in delivery due to disruption of the ferries due to the storm. The item I ordered arrived within two days of my receiving the phone call.
